What Arshin provides
Arshin provides tools for property analysis, rental returns, construction costs, available mapping data and property project work. Data and service availability depends on location, coverage, account and active access rights. A description of a future capability is not a promise of an available service.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact details and protect sign-in links, passkeys and API keys. Act for an organization only with authority. Do not infringe others’ rights, upload unlawful content or bypass access, demonstration or subscription limits.
Professional and bulk workflows require registration. The free batch demonstration is a one-time allowance of up to five records per account, not five records per visit. Subsequent access depends on an active plan or explicitly granted rights.
Results and limitations
Model values, ranges, rents, returns and construction budgets depend on inputs, dated evidence and assumptions. An asking price is not a verified transaction price. A model range is not a guaranteed sale price or return. Check the date, coverage and unresolved checks in each result.
A mapped outline does not certify title, encumbrances, planning status, road access or development rights. Missing data does not establish absence of risk. Formal appraisal, certified cadastral documentation, legal review, statutory energy certification or a bank decision requires the appropriate competent party and a separate engagement where applicable.
Paid services and subscriptions
A free preview or registration does not create a payment obligation. Before a paid engagement you must receive the specific scope, total price including applicable taxes, duration, limits and payment terms. One-time services and organization subscriptions are different products.
All available map layers are temporarily free for everyone, without registration, until payment options are introduced. This access does not create a subscription or a future payment obligation. Any future paid subscription must show its price, period and cancellation method for acceptance before ordering.
Withdrawal, cancellation and complaints
If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory rights remain applicable. For a distance service contract, you normally have 14 days from conclusion to withdraw. Exceptions for fully performed services or started digital-content delivery require the relevant legal conditions, including separate express consent and acknowledgement where required. Merely using this website does not waive those rights.
Contact the operator about withdrawal, invoice errors or service problems, identifying the account, order and requested resolution. A clear withdrawal statement does not require a special form of words. Refunds required by law are processed within the applicable period. Individual service terms do not override mandatory consumer rights.
Files, reports and third-party data
You retain rights in your uploaded materials and authorize the storage and processing needed for the requested service. You may use downloaded reports for your property decisions and share them with advisers while preserving their dates, limitations and required notices.
Bulk resale, public republication of datasets, embedding or API access requires the appropriate contractual rights. Applicable open-data and third-party licences and attribution requirements remain in force.
Availability and responsibility
The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical faults or unavailable external data. Access may be restricted for abuse, rights violations or unpaid obligations under applicable terms. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Bulgarian law and applicable EU rules apply without removing protection afforded by mandatory consumer law. Material contractual changes require appropriate notice; new charges are not introduced merely by editing this page.
